I got a flat tire driving back home to Saint Louis from Wooldridge, MO on Highway 70 around midnight on January 16. I was not in a safe location being stranded on the side of the highway with semis passing me at 70 mph. I am thankful that my insurance co contracted with Doug Perry Towing when I had to call for Road Hazard assistance. Mike a/k/a Maui was kind and professional and answered all my questions as I was concerned about driving to Saint Louis from Columbia at 50 mph on a spare tire. Maui did a great job and made sure the spare had enough air in it. I made it home safely and am forever grateful for Doug Perry Towing's quick response and friendliness.
Wow I have nothing but great things to say. So had a flat tire no big deal. Went to change the tire with the spare but it was flat as well. Now I have a problem called Doug Perry and within thirty minutes they were there to help. They plugged my tire and got me back on the road. The guy that came out was great I think his name was Chris.
