We were on I-70, which was extremely busy. The tow truck was here within 10 minutes, and the driver, Craig, was courteous and concerned with our safety first before loading our vehicle. Having your vehicle towed is never a great experience, but Craig made it better. Thank you for your help and caring.

Great Service!! My man Maui took great care of me!! Made sure we got the truck off the highway and to the tire shop. And even made sure we still made our delivery on time!!

Had a flat. I pay for road side assistance and DPT was dispatched. Craig was nice, courteous, and super quick. He even asked how my day was going outside of having a flat tire. He also helped me find the problem with my tire immediately so I'd have the info for when I get it repaired. Thank you! Would recommend!

I first would like to thank Ashley, who manages this parking reeducation facility, for encouraging me to write this review. Unfortunately, last night my parking disabled son made the unforgivable sin of parking in the wrong spot at an apartment complex. He has since been beaten severely and promises to do better, but I still get the sense he hasn’t fully grasped the severity of his mistake so the beatings may have to continue. Anyway, thankfully DPT…as I like to call them…was right on the scene and somehow snagged and bagged his car in less than 15 min in what could only be described as Nic Cage Gone in 60 Seconds’esq. if only my poor sad boy could have seen them work their tow magic we may have avoided calling the the cops and reporting the vehicle stolen! If only there had been a sign with their name on it in that fateful parking lot or if they would have just told the manager at the complex what they did we could have called them immediately and thanked them for their fast work! But, on top of their gifts for expedited towing and commitment to parking excellence they are also modest! It literally took us hours to figure out what happened to our family cruiser…allowing more time for beatings! It’s genuinely refreshing to see a company treat parking violations and those who commit them with the contempt and ire they so richly deserve! While dealing with them only briefly, I can say they truly feel like parking in the wrong spot is akin to punching a baby, and you deserve everything you get. In other words…they get it. In all seriousness, I will probably use them in the future to tow my enemies, as they are fast and weirdly guarded with all information. Bravo DPT Bravo

Amazing and speedy service! Mike arrived promptly and treated my vehicle with care. Setting up the tow only took about 5 minutes, and his focused driving was much appreciated since I was in the cab with him. Mike, thanks for the friendly chat and the exceptional service!
