I had a great experience! I was paired with Doug Perry Towing by my insurance company's roadside assistance app. The app said they would arrive within 120-149 minutes. They were there in 30 minutes! A dispatcher called me to tell me she received the request and that I was next for service. She called just a short time later to tell me the driver, Maui, was on his way. Maui was prompt, professional, efficient, and really personable. I was grateful for his work to get me unstuck from the snow in my neighborhood. I would definitely recommend them and if I need a winch or tow again, I'd call them.

Our dispatcher was very helpful when we were stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire in the middle of the night, and our driver, Mali, was extremely professional and kind.

Hi, my friend and I’s car wouldn’t start on mizzou campus. The dispatch lady was super nice and helpful. Eddy came and tried to jump our car but that didn’t work. He was the sweetest guy ever and helped tremendously.

We had lost control in a snow storm, wrecked our truck and were stuck on the side of the road. The dispatcher, Karissa, was very professional and Craig responded quickly, helped my husband, who is disabled get into the rollback, loaded our truck quickly and delivered us to our door. Excellent service - 10 out of 10!

Great company got to me quicker than expected even with all the snow going in and even dropped me off at my dorm so I didn’t have to walk through all the snow!

These folks were so helpful in a tough situation. Quickly were able to get someone out to help my daughter’s broken down vehicle. She is away at college so I wasn’t able to help directly but this team’s quick action helped alleviate my anxiety of being so far away and unable to help myself.

Came right away so that was good. And it didn't take him long to get my friend's van out of the ditch. However, I'm in the wrong business lol. Cost $140 for just a few minutes.

Today I goofed up changing a tire. ALWAYS use the parking brake in addition to putting the car in park. Rookie mistake. Mike was out in a timely manner, and he was both friendly, and professional.

I was on my way to work at Moberly FD, and i blew a tire on the highway, limped it to the next exit. I forget who my tow guy was. He was the guy originally from Arizona. I tell you what.... he was very respectful and professional. Never had my car towed before and was nervous and cautious. He put my mind at ease. Super nice guy and definitely did the job the way it should be done. 100% recommend this guy for your future tows!!
