I have nothing but amazing things to say! Car broke down over 40 miles from home. Had 3 kiddos with me and needed to leave the car where it was. Had the location to have it brought to my house but found a shop for it to go to while the Craig was in route! He was more than happy to get it to the shop! Highly recommend for any tow service!
I honestly never expected such great service from a towing company! My 2015 Ford Escape has issues galore and was already scheduled for service with a repair shop in Bowling Green, however I had moved to Mexico, Missouri over the weekend and the problems with the car magnified. I used my roadside assistance app and my insurance carrier called Doug Perry Towing for me. Not only did the driver arrive way ahead of schedule but was very polite, respectful and helpful as I am disabled and needed help to get into the tow truck for the ride to Bowling Green. He had my car loaded on the roll off quickly and got me to JP's Auto Services and Repair ahead of schedule. Two ladies called from the towing company prior to the driver's arrival. First wanted to verify the destination and the second called to verify that the driver was enroute and would be arriving momentarily. As far as I am concerned Doug Towing now has a new dedicated customer! Thanks to all who are helping to get me back on the road.
A car breakdown is never a fun experience, but Doug Perry Towing made it much easier. They were there to get my car within 30 minutes - it was broke down in the middle of a parking lot full of cars. It was handled with care and precision. They even gave my mom, my 2 year old, and myself a ride to the car dealership. The pricing was very fair, and customer service was friendly and professional!
