Craig was amazing!! So fast

Our dispatcher was very helpful when we were stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire in the middle of the night, and our driver, Mali, was extremely professional and kind.

Hi, my friend and I’s car wouldn’t start on mizzou campus. The dispatch lady was super nice and helpful. Eddy came and tried to jump our car but that didn’t work. He was the sweetest guy ever and helped tremendously.

The driver arrived quickly and was very nice. Helped me load my childrens car seats into his truck and got us where we needed to be. Thank you for great service!!

We had lost control in a snow storm, wrecked our truck and were stuck on the side of the road. The dispatcher, Karissa, was very professional and Craig responded quickly, helped my husband, who is disabled get into the rollback, loaded our truck quickly and delivered us to our door. Excellent service - 10 out of 10!

Great company got to me quicker than expected even with all the snow going in and even dropped me off at my dorm so I didn’t have to walk through all the snow!

These folks were so helpful in a tough situation. Quickly were able to get someone out to help my daughter’s broken down vehicle. She is away at college so I wasn’t able to help directly but this team’s quick action helped alleviate my anxiety of being so far away and unable to help myself.

Came right away so that was good. And it didn't take him long to get my friend's van out of the ditch. However, I'm in the wrong business lol. Cost $140 for just a few minutes.

Today I goofed up changing a tire. ALWAYS use the parking brake in addition to putting the car in park. Rookie mistake. Mike was out in a timely manner, and he was both friendly, and professional.

I was on my way to work at Moberly FD, and i blew a tire on the highway, limped it to the next exit. I forget who my tow guy was. He was the guy originally from Arizona. I tell you what.... he was very respectful and professional. Never had my car towed before and was nervous and cautious. He put my mind at ease. Super nice guy and definitely did the job the way it should be done. 100% recommend this guy for your future tows!!

Professional and competent. Very friendly and very helpful roadside assistance and towing. Kind and accommodating to help us get our car to an autobody shop near a hotel after a deer ruined our travel plans. On what was a pretty cruddy evening, we felt like we were more than a “job” for both the dispatcher and driver, as we were treated with such kindness. Highly recommend!

My 90 year old aunt called Doug Perry for a dead battery in her car. Not only did the person come charge and assist her at her home … he told her she needed a new battery and accompanied her to O’Reilly. And then installed the battery for her. And the charge was $52 for that service!! This person went way above and beyond for a “little old lady” who really needed the extra assistance. Thank you Perry Chevrolet from her niece who unfortunately lives out of state and worries.

Tyler responded to our stalled-out car very quickly and rescued us from rush hour traffic. He brought us to Mutrux and we were back on the road in no time. Tyler was super kind and helpful, and even took care to keep our anxious dogs comfortable in the back seat during tow. 10/10 service, highly recommend!!
